WHO IS TOON TOWN FOR?
Toon Town Junior is for children ages 4 (Preschool) through Kindergarten (age 6). Please see above for exact birth year.
Toon Town is for current 1st to 5th grade.
Please enroll your child according to the grade they are currently attending this school year.
↳ Example: If your child is currently in 3rd grade, they should register as a 3rd grader.

WHAT DOES THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDE?
T-shirt, station materials, lunch
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND OR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Refunds are available until May 17 (11:59 PM). After this date, no refunds will be issued. You may cancel your registration at any time by logging into your account or by emailing kids@hyungjae.org.
WHEN IS THE LAST DAY TO REGISTER FOR TOON TOWN?
Registration closes on June 7th at 11:59 PM.
CAN I REGISTER AFTER THE DEADLINE?
Once registration closes, we will not be accepting any additional registrations. Please note that registrations are non-transferable and cannot be switched or reassigned to another participant.
IS THERE A YOUTH T-SHIRT SIZE CHART?
Youth XS (3-5T), Youth S (6-8y), Youth M (8-10y), Youth L (10-11y), Adult XS (11-12y)
☝️ When in doubt, we recommend sizing up! kids grow quickly.
WHERE DO I DROP-OFF AND PICK UP MY CHILD DURING TOON TOWN?
Drop-off and pick-up details will be emailed to the parent/guardian who registered their child.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT GROUP MY CHILD WILL BE IN?
We finalize groups during the week before Toon Town begins. You will know your child’s group assignment when you check in on the morning of Toon Town.
CAN I REQUEST FOR MY CHILD TO BE IN THE SAME CREW GROUP AS THEIR FRIEND?
Please email your friend request to kids@hyungjae.org during registration. We prioritize requests for children who are new to Toon Town to help them feel more comfortable. While we will do our best to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee placement.
