How do I know what group my child will be in?
We finalize groups during the weekend before Toon Town begins. You will know your child’s group assignment when you check in on the morning of Toon Town.
What grade should I register my child?
Enroll your child based on the grade they will have completed by June 2024, not the grade they will be entering in the fall.
For Example:
A child leaving 3rd grade will register as Grade 3.
Is there a T-shirt size chart?
Youth XS (3-5T), Youth S (6-8y), Youth M (8-10y), Youth L (10-11y), Youth XL (11-12y)Where do I drop off and pick up my child during ToonTown?
Details for drop off and pick up will be emailed to the parent/guardian who registered their child.
Can I request for my child to be in the same group as their friend?
”Friend requests” by those who are NEW to ToonTown will be prioritized. We will do our best to accommodate requests, however we cannot guarantee that all requests will be honored.
How can I cancel my child’s ToonTown registration if our plans change?
If your plans change and your child is unable to attend ToonTown, you may email us at toontown.ccs@gmail.com. Please note that refunds will not be issued after May 18th.
When is the last day to register for ToonTown?
Registrations close on June 9th. We will not take registrations after the deadline.
