Have you ever been sick, like a bad cold or stomach flu? You might remember having to stay home a couple of days because of it, and resting in order to heal from it.

During Jesus time, there was a REALLY bad illness called leprosy, which made a person look really, REALLY sick. What’s even WORSE was that these people couldn’t rest in a nice, warm bed with soup. Instead, they had to shout “Unclean! Unclean!“ So that people would know that they had leprosy, and avoid them. How lonely must that have been!

Today Jesus, meets- not one, not two, not even three, but TEN lepers! Do you think Jesus runs away when he hears them call? Let’s continue to learn of the power and wonder of Jesus Christ!
